ARMOR-STAT ESD is an epoxy/urethane, pigmented, static dissipative floor coating system. This system provides a static dissipative (106-109 /Square) floor from primer though the satin finish topcoat. ARMORSTAT ESD provides an average of 5v Body Voltage Generation when utilizing dissipative footwear. Resistance readings are consistent for the life of the floor and are independent of ambient humidity. ARMOR-STAT ESD protects new and existing concrete floors from many chemicals and was designed to provide the ultimate in wear resistance, chemical resistance and cleanability. The system is designed for areas where dirt or dust cannot be tolerated while providing static dissipation to protect against electrostatic discharge.

BIO-PRUF® Antimicrobial* is formulated into the Flooring system from the basecoat up through the topcoat. BIO-PRUF® will not discolor or detract from the chemical or physical properties of the system. The treatment is resistant to leaching and is non-volatile during normal application and use conditions. BIO-PRUF® Antimicrobial* cannot be post-added in the field. It is formulated into the resin during production.

DUR-A-GLAZE #5 is a clear, two-component aliphatic polyaspartic ester high performance polymeric system. It is designed to provide protection against many solvents, acids and chemicals. DUR-A-GLAZE #5 is resistant to deterioration by ultra-violet rays emitted by sunlight, high intensity lighting systems, fluorescent lighting, etc. It is applied as the final topcoat. When the resin and the hardener are combined and mixed thoroughly, an extremely dense chemical cross linking action occurs. This special cross-linking of the two components produces a coating that provides abrasion resistance equal to or better than ambient temperature cured epoxy or two- component aliphatic urethane systems.

DUR-A-SHIELD #2 is recommended as a primer for other DUR-A-FLEX epoxy coatings and resurfacing systems.

DUR-A-WALL VC is ideally suited for application on concrete, wood, drywall or block. This system is seamless, extremely durable, sanitary and easy to clean. The high gloss or satin finish of the urethane topcoat is stain resistant and virtually unaffected by oil, grease, strong detergents and salt. The urethane topcoat has a non-ambering, abrasion resistant formula that locks out chemicals and stains and prevents them from penetrating into the wall surface.

DUR-A-WALL and DUR-A-WALL FGR Epoxy Wall Systems are pigmented, two component, low odor, 100% thermosetting epoxy formulations. DUR-A-WALL FGR (fiberglass reinforced) uses the same epoxy system as our DUR-A-WALL system but incorporates a fiberglass mat designed especially for sheet rock wall applications. DUR-A-WALL is ideally suited for application on concrete, wood, drywall, cement board or block. This coating is extremely durable, sanitary and easy to clean. A urethane topcoat with a high gloss or satin finish is recommended to provide protection against very aggressive solvents, acids and alcohols. Urethane topcoats are stain resistant and provide a high degree of abrasion resistance.

ELAST-O-COAT is designed for use underneath epoxy flooring systems and as a base coat for vinyl chip seamless flooring to provide a vibration resilient cushion and to deaden sound. It can also be used as a traffic-bearing surface in light traffic areas and as a crack & joint filler. ELAST-O-COAT can be applied on properly prepared concrete, plywood, metal and quarry tile.
FISH EYE ELIMINATOR

FISH EYE ELIMINATOR is a special liquid additive that is formulated to allow epoxy systems to flow out on silicone or oil contaminated substrates, including existing epoxy and urethane floors. The additive decreases fish eye and/or cratering by lowering the surface tension of the product to which it is added. This helps prevent beading of the liquid on the contaminated substrate. FISH EYE ELIMINATOR is a good product to have when installing floors in machine shops, body shops, automobile prep/delivery areas, and plastics processing facilities. Using FISH EYE ELIMINATOR for oil-contaminated substrates is not a substitute for soaking, scrubbing and rinsing with HI-SPEED Cleaner/Degreaser. Most of the contamination should be removed using HI-SPEED.
MICA-FLAKE DECORATIVE CHIPS

Upon mixing, the viscosity drops significantly which makes mixing and handling easy. However, when the mixing blade is removed the viscosity rises once again. This added viscosity makes cove work easier and more efficiently, while maintaining the toughness and chemical resistance found in POLYCRETE TF.

ULTRA-CLEAR is the purest formulation of its kind in the DUR-A-FLEX line of epoxy products. ULTRA-CLEAR protects against UV rays and helps prevent the floor from ambering. ULTRA-CLEAR reinforces the visual depth and texture of the quartz and chip blends.

Q28 AND Q11 QUARTZ AGGREGATE

Q-28 DUR-A-QUARTZ is a colored, naturally rounded, translucent quartz aggregate produced specially for seamless polymer flooring applications. The very hard quartz granules are sieved for a selected size range and colored with high quality pigments, which are ceramically bonded to the clear quartz surface. This special coloring process provides superior resistance to solvents, acids and chemicals used to formulate epoxies and other type binders. The translucence of the quartz allows the color from the back side of the granule to be reflected through the granule. If the surface color is worn off mechanically by traffic, this translucence allows the abraded granules to retain its color.
TIRE MARK REMOVER

TIRE MARK REMOVER is a blend of special cleaning agents, surfactants and terpene solvents. It is a specially formulated cleaner designed to remove rubber skid marks from epoxy or other polymer-type floor systems without harming the floor’s surface. It also works great on steel trowelled concrete floors. Unlike other cleaners tough enough to take up rubber tire marks, it contains no petroleum solvents, making it safer to use and safe on polymer floors.
