Uses:
#158 cold-applied rubberized-asphalt sealer was developed for use in sealing horizontal contraction and dummy joints in pavements and curbs and gutters to prevent the penetration of water and incompressibles into the joint. The product is for use in sealing deep joints up to 1/4″ (6.35 mm) in width or shallow joints with a 1/2″ (12.7 mm) depth maximum.

Description:
ASPHALT EXPANSION JOINT is composed of a blend of asphalts, vegetable fibers, and mineral fillers formed under heat and pressure between two asphalt-saturated liners. It is waterproof, permanent, flexible, and self-sealing.
FIBRE EXPANSION JOINT is composed of cellular fibers securely bonded together and uniformly saturated with asphalt to assure longevity. FIBRE EXPANSION JOINT is versatile, resilient,
flexible, and non-extruding. When compressed to half of its original thickness, it will recover to a minimum of 70% of its original thickness.
CERAMAR® flexible foam expansion joint filler is composed of a unique blend of isomeric polymers in a very small, closed-cell structure. Gray in color, CERAMAR is a lightweight, highly flexible, and resilient material offering recovery qualities of over 99%. This mini closed-cell structure is virtually non-absorbent. It can be wrapped or formed around curved or circular surfaces.
SPONGE RUBBER EXPANSION JOINT is produced to a uniform thickness and density from gray-colored, top-quality, blown sponge rubber. It is easily compressed and has a recovery of 95% or more of the original thickness and a density of not less than 30 pounds per cubic foot (480.56 kg per cubic meter).
CORK EXPANSION JOINT is produced from clean, selected, granulated cork bonded with a phenolic resin. It is highly resilient, will compress without extrusion, and recovers to 95% of its
original thickness after 50% compression.
SELF-EXPANDING CORK EXPANSION JOINT is formed and compressed under heat and pressure to permit expansion up to 140% of original thickness after installation, which permits the filler
to compensate for concrete shrinkage. Normal humidity conditions after installation activate the self-expanding properties of the cork. Product may be cut on jobsite to exact size required.
Uses:
ASPHALT EXPANSION JOINT can be used in 80% of all control joint applications. It is ideally suited for joints in sidewalks, driveways, streets, and single- and multilevel floor slabs. Due to its unique self-sealing characteristic, no subsequent joint sealing is required.
FIBRE EXPANSION JOINT is ideal for use on highways, streets, airport runways, sidewalks, driveways, flatwork, and scores of commercial and industrial applications. To isolate filler from sealant, use SNAPCAP ® from W. R. MEADOWS. Seal with #164, HISPEC ® or SOF-SEAL® from W. R. MEADOWS for maximum protection from water infiltration, weathering, and to assure proper performance.
CERAMAR flexible foam expansion joint is gray in color and provides an excellent joint filler and backup material for use in either horizontal or vertical applications where expansion and contraction movements must be accommodated. CERAMAR is compatible with all currently popular cold-applied sealants, caulks, and hot-pour joint sealing compounds. It is lightweight, highly
flexible, and easy to cut or form in the field without waste. CERAMAR compresses easily for use with shrinkage-compensating concrete and it may be used to relieve stress and pressure in concrete pavements.

SPONGE RUBBER EXPANSION JOINT is frequently used on bridge structures and sewage treatment plants that undergo rapid changes in temperature. Because of its excellent recovery capability during wide temperature variations, SPONGE RUBBER EXPANSION JOINT is used around supporting pillars, drains, hydrants, and lamp and sign posts, as well as in isolation applications or between materials having dissimilar coefficients of expansion.
CORK EXPANSION JOINT and SELF-EXPANDING CORK EXPANSION JOINT are used where high resiliency is needed, such as in sewage plants, floodwalls, spillways, filtration plants, and numerous commercial and industrial applications. DECK-O-SEAL 125 is used for horizontal applications. It is ideal for general purpose sealing of joints and seams subjected to high pedestrian or vehicular traffic, such as mall floors or garage floors. DECK-O-SEAL ONE STEP is a single-component, non-sag, elastomeric, polysulfide-based sealing compound used for caulking joints in structures that are subject to movement caused by temperature changes. ONE STEP resists the effects of oil and gasoline when spills are wiped up immediately.
Uses:
DECK-O-SEAL ONE STEP is ideal for glazing operations and sealing joints in concrete structures. It bonds well to concrete, masonry, glass, metal and wood. It is ideally suited for applications when an expansion joint is required. NOTE: Do not paint DECK-O-SEAL. ONE STEP is frequently used in high sloping and vertical expansion joints where a non-sag, watertight, elastomeric
sealant is required. ONE STEP is ideal for use in swimming pools above the waterline, where the tile meets the pool coping. Poly-Jet Lox

POLY-JET LOX is a single-component, poly-sulfide, gun-grade, low modulus joint sealant. It cures on exposure to moisture to form an effective joint sealant. POLY-JET LOX is formulated to bond to damp or dry Portland cement concrete joints and cracks. It meets the fuel-immersed bond test requirement of ASTM D 3569. POLY-JET LOX meets Air Force LOX impact-resistance requirements.
Uses:
POLY-JET LOX is specifically formulated to meet the requirements of the liquid oxygen test of the U.S. Air Force and is recommended for use in areas that are exposed to liquid oxygen. POLY-JET LOX passes the requirements of NASA-STD 6001. USAF requirement passes 20 impacts @ 7.2 ft./lb. POLY-JET LOX is not compatible with asphalt and cannot be used in asphaltic concrete pavement or with asphalt-impregnated expansion joint fillers. With its non-sag consistency, POLY-JET LOX can be used on vertical and overhead installations as is, or it can also be used horizontally if tooled immediately after installation. Primer is not required when POLY-JET LOX is applied in concrete joints.

POURTHANE NS is an elastic, low-modulus, one-component, moisture-curing, non-sag, polyurethane sealant. It maintains flexibility and waterproofing joint sealing with high bond strength and provides outstanding durability in the civil and industrial construction markets. The product requires no mixing and typically requires no priming to bond to many materials, including concrete and masonry.
Uses:
POURTHANE NS has very good adhesion to most construction materials. It is particularly recommended for expansion joints between precast concrete panels and seams on wooden, aluminum, and PVC joinery. POURTHANE NS is highly recommended for bonding concrete and baked clay roof tiles.

SAFE-SEAL 3405 is a high performance, polymer-modified, asphalt emulsion horizontal joint and crack sealant. It is a one-component, self-leveling material that can easily be poured into openings 1/8” up to 1” wide. After full cure, the product will remain flexible at cold temperatures and will not flow at high temperatures.
Uses:
SAFE-SEAL 3405 is ideal for small-, medium-, or large-scale sealing projects on parking lots, highways, street maintenance, driveways, and airport aprons and runways. SAFE-SEAL 3405
should be used in any application where superior performance is a necessity or where a hot-applied product is either too dangerous or impractical. It offers excellent bonding properties, high resiliency, and resistance to weathering. It provides a soft, flexible sealer for either concrete or asphalt pavement repairs. This material remains pliable and will not track in warm

Cold-applied SOF-SEAL low modulus horizontal joint sealant is a premium-grade, pourable, two-component sealant composed of a special combination of polymeric compounds that provides
outstanding performance in both Portland cement and asphalt concrete. Once properly mixed and applied, it cures within two hours to a soft, highly flexible, rubber-like material that is capable of
maintaining a sealed joint or crack over a wide temperature range. SOF-SEAL does not track in the summer and will not become brittle at temperatures as low as -20° F (-29° C). It remains soft, flexible, and pliable in the joint, even after repeated freeze/thaw cycles. SOF-SEAL offers excellent elongation, high resiliency, tenacious bonding power, and excellent longevity.
This self-leveling sealant requires no special application equipment and can easily be poured into cracks and joints.
Uses:
SOF-SEAL is a versatile pavement sealant suitable for either large- or small-scale sealing. It is excellent for crack repair and preventive maintenance sealing projects. It is ideal for use when a maintenance group doesn’t have a melter, or where it is not practical to fire up and repeatedly move melter-applicator units (small-scale sealing projects). Typical applications include the sealing of expansion and contraction joints, longitudinal joints and random cracks in concrete pavements, reflective and random cracks in asphalt paving, and asphalt-to-concrete shoulder joints. It is also ideal for high-sheer bridge joint applications. In addition, SOFSEAL can be used as a pitch pan sealant.

CS-309-OTC acrylic concrete curing and sealing compound is an acrylic polymer solution, specifically formulated for decorative concrete needs. CS-309-OTC provides a tough, clear film that will not after-yellow. It also provides improved weather and stain resistance, combined with a dust-proof sealer.
Uses:
CS-309-OTC is used on driveways, patios, industrial floors, loading docks, swimming pool areas, and exposed aggregate, as well as any exterior decorative surface where enhanced appearance, protection, and sealing of concrete is desired (dries to a low-medium sheen).
