Description:

A premium-grade, high-performance, moisture-cured, 1-component, polyurethane-based, non-sag elastomeric sealant. Meets Federal specification TT-S-00230C, Type II, Class A. Meets ASTM C-920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 35, use T, NT, O, M, G, I; Canadian standard CAN/CGSB 19.13-M87.

Where to Use:

  • Designed for all types of joints where maximum depth of sealant will not exceed 1/2 in.
  • Excellent for small joints and fillets, windows, door frames, reglets, flashing, common roofing detail applications, and many construction adhesive applications.
  • Suitable for vertical and horizontal joints; readily placeable at 40°F.
  • Has many applications as an elastic adhesive between materials with dissimilar coefficients of expansion.

Sikaflex -2c SL

Description:

Sikaflex-2c SL is a 2-component, premium-grade, polyurethane-based, elastomeric sealant. It is principally a chemical cure in a self-leveling consistency. Meets ASTM C-920, Type M, Grade P, Class 25, use T, NT, M, G, A, O, I and Federal Specification TT-S-00227E, Type 1, Class A.

  • Intended for use in all properly designed working joints with a minimum depth of 1/4 inch.
  • Ideal for horizontal applications.

Description:

A low-modulus, high-performance, 1-component, polyurethane-based, non-sag elastomeric sealant. Meets Federal Specification TT-S-00230C, Type II, Class A; ASTM C-920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 100/50, use T, NT, G, A, O, M; Federal Specification for silicones – TT-S-001543 A, Type non-sag. Tested in accordance with ASTM C-1382 for use in EIFS systems.

Sikaflex Textured Sealant

Description:

A moisture-cured, 1-component, polyurethane-based, non-sag elastomeric sealant capable of ±25% joint movement. Meets Federal specification TT-S- 00230C, Type II. Meets ASTM C-920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25.

Where to Use:

  • Designed for all types of joints where maximum depth of sealant will not exceed inch.
  • Suitable for vertical and horizontal joints; readily placeable at 40°F (4°C).
  • Has many applications as an elastic sealant between materials with dissimilar coefficients of expansion.

Ideal for:

  • Weatherproofing of joints between brickwork, blockwork, masonry, wood and concrete or metal frames.
  • Joints in walls, balconies, around window or door frames.
  • Expansion joints.

Sika Bonding Primer

Description:

Rapid curing, water based primer consisting of two components: a prereacted epoxy resin dispersed in water (Part A), and a waterborne modified polyamine solution (Part B). In its wet mixed state, it is milky green and slightly viscous.

Where to Use:

  • Suitable for use on most sound substrate surfaces where both a penetrative and surface-lying
    effect is required.

Advantages:

  • Fast cure allows same-day membrane application in most conditions.
  • Low odor, low VOC formulation.
  • Compatible with most common substrate materials (not for metal surfaces).

 


Sikafloor 81 EpoCem

PDS | MSDS

Description:

Three-component, solvent-free, odorless, moisture-insensitive, epoxymodified, cementitious self-leveling mortar. Especially formulated for leveling and structurally reprofiling on damp, “green” or saturated surface dry concrete slabs, and slabs with excess water vapor transmission rates for thicknesses of 100-160 mil (2.5-4 mm).

Where to Use:

As a Temporary Moisture Barrier (TMB) minimum 120 mils (3 mm thick) under Epoxy, Polyurethane and Methyl Methcrylate (MMA) resin floors, over high moisture content substrates; even green concrete. Note: Sikafloor 81 EpoCem must be sealed with a suitable Sikafloor epoxy primer system (e.g. Sikafloor 107, Sikafloor 160 and Sikafloor 161 at 16 mils) to form a long term vapor barrier. As a self-smoothing screed for:

  • Specifically formulated for leveling and structural reprofiling or patching horizontal
    concrete surfaces, in new work or repairs
  • Floor topping on unventilated, damp substrates with no aesthetic requirements
  • Leveling layer under Epoxy, Polyurethane and MMA floor coatings /screeds, tiles, sheet floors, carpets or wooden floors
  • Repair and maintenance of monolithic concrete floors
  • Extend with oven-dried quartz sand as a patching and repair mortar

Advantages:

  • As a positive side vapor barrier prior to use with Sikafloor systems.
  • Economical structural resurfacing compound.
  • Water-based, solvent-free and odorless.
  • Self-leveling and good flowability.
  • Can be overcoated with epoxy resin compounds after 24 hrs [(68°F (20°C) at 50% relative ambient humidity]. Surface moisture measured with a Tramex® CME/CMExpert type concrete moisture meter must be < 4% prior to application of epoxy resin compound.
  • Waterproof yet permeable to water vapor.
  • Prevents osmotic blistering of resin based coatings over damp substrates
  • Fast curing and high early strengths.
  • Excellent adhesion to dry, damp, green or saturated surface dry concrete substrates.
  • Modulus of elasticity and coefficient of thermal expansion comparable to concrete.
  • Good adhesion after long-term water immersion in conjuction with suitable Sika coating system.
  • Contains no solvents.

 


Sikafloor 82 EpoCem

Description:

Sikafloor 82 EpoCem is a three-component, solvent-free, odorless, moisture-insensitive, epoxy modified, cementitious, self-leveling mortar. Specifically formulated for leveling and structurally reprofiling on damp “green” or saturated surface dry concrete slabs for thickness of 160-280 mils (4-7 mm).

Where to Use:

As a self-leveling mortar for reprofiling and resurfacing concrete surface with thickness varying between 160 – 280 mils (4 – 7 mm). Note: Sikafloor 82 EpoCem must be sealed with a suitable Sikafloor epoxy primer system (e.g. Sikafloor 107, Sikafloor 160 and Sikafloor 161 at 16 mils) to form a long term vapor barrier. Leveling layer over Epoxy, Polyurethane and Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) floor coatings / screeds, tiles, sheet floors, carpet or wood floors.

  • Can be used as a patching and repair mortar for thickness of 1⁄4 – 8 in. (6 – 200 mm) when extended with oven-dried silica sand.

Advantages:

  • Economical, structural resurfacing compound.
  • Waterbased, solvent-free and odorless.
  • Self-leveling and good flowability.

Sikafloor 100 ESD

Two-component epoxy resin conductive primer. It is designed for use in combination with Sikafloor 200C ESD, and Sikafloor 700 ESD when desiring resistance readings in the conductive range of 2.5 x 104 – 1.0 x 106 ohms.

Sikafloor 105

Description:

Two-component, penetrating high solids, light amber, epoxy-based primer/bond coat.

Use:

Designed for use as a primer/bond coat specifically in conjunction with Sikafloor Epo-Rok epoxy mortar system. Formulated to penetrate and reinforce the concrete substrate in addition to ensuring a tenacious bond between the Sikafloor Epo-Rok epoxy mortar and the concrete floor.

Advantages:

  • Excellent wetting properties.
  • Ensures good bond between substrate and Sikafloor Epo-Rok Mortar.
  • Improves trowelability of epoxy mortar.
  • Seals substrate, reducing the risk of pinholes.

 


Sikafloor 107

Description:

Two component high solids, low modulus, low viscosity epoxy primer. This epoxy primer is specially formulated to form a tough flexible film.

Where to Use:

Designed as a primer for Sikafloor epoxy and urethane coatings as well as the broadcast and troweled systems. Sikafloor 107 should be considered where UV exposure is a concern

A two part, epoxy resin for priming and leveling mortars.

Where to Use:

Sikafloor 161 is designed as a primer for Sikafloor epoxy and urethane coatings, as well as for broadcast and troweled systems. When used as primer Sikafloor 161 can be considered where ≤ 4% moisture content by mass (pbw – part by weight) is measured on concrete substrate with Tramex® CME/CMExpert type concrete moisture meter.

Sikafloor 200 ESD

Description:

Sikafloor 200 ESD and Sikafloor 200C ESD coatings are a four-component ESD epoxy coating systems designed to impart electrostatic control properties to a variety of substrates in conjunction with ESD footwear, including existing non-conductive substrates. They are available in both a ANSI S20.20 compliant version and conductive resistance ranges to meet specific industry and DOD standards. Sikafloor 200 ESD will impart static dissipative resistance readings as a stand-alone topcoat atop a standard epoxy concrete primer such as Sikafloor 107, Sikafloor 161, Sikafloor 160, Sikafloor 1610 or over existing epoxy floors with an isolation layer of Sikafloor 264.

Where to Use:

Sikafloor 200 ESD can be used in almost any environment where the damaging effects of electrostatic discharge (ESD) cannot be tolerated. Industries currently using these coatings are:

  • Electronics
  • Data Processing
  • Military/Aerospace
  • Photographic, graphic arts
  • Hazard industries (dust or explosion hazards)

Advantages:

  • Consistent resistance measurements are obtained when testing in accordance with standard
    methods.

  • Conforms to ANSI S20.20, < 3.5 x 107 ohms when tested in accordance with ANSI STM 97.1

Description:

A general service, two component, high solids, epoxy system for use as a coating or as a binder for pigmented slurry/broadcast system and applied as a pigmented epoxy sealer coat.

Where to Use:

Designed for economical body and/or sealer coat application in Sikafloor Industrial Flooring systems from 5 to 10 mils (0.13 – 0.25 mm) w.f.t. subjected to abrasion and/or chemical spills. A binder for slurry-type applications (60 to 120 mils).

Sikafloor 220W Conductive is useful on a variety of substrates, including existing non-conductive coatings or resurfacers and epoxy primed concrete. A five component, aliphatic polyurethane ESD control system. The system is applied in two coats to provide a tough, durable ESD surface with matte finish.

Where to Use:

Designed to impart electrostatic control properties to a variety of substrates, including existing non-conductive coatings or resurfacers, vinyl tile, static control tile and concrete. Sikafloor 340 ESD keeps these surfaces smooth, bright, and far more chemically resistant. Its aliphatic nature will keep the coating from yellowing when exposed to ultraviolet light (UV).
