Where to Use:

Description:
Rapid curing, water based primer consisting of two components: a prereacted epoxy resin dispersed in water (Part A), and a waterborne modified polyamine solution (Part B). In its wet mixed state, it is milky green and slightly viscous.
Where to Use:
- Suitable for use on most sound substrate surfaces where both a penetrative and surface-lying
effect is required.
Advantages:
- Fast cure allows same-day membrane application in most conditions.
- Low odor, low VOC formulation.
- Compatible with most common substrate materials (not for metal surfaces).
Sikafloor 81 EpoCem

Description:
Three-component, solvent-free, odorless, moisture-insensitive, epoxymodified, cementitious self-leveling mortar. Especially formulated for leveling and structurally reprofiling on damp, “green” or saturated surface dry concrete slabs, and slabs with excess water vapor transmission rates for thicknesses of 100-160 mil (2.5-4 mm).
Where to Use:
As a Temporary Moisture Barrier (TMB) minimum 120 mils (3 mm thick) under Epoxy, Polyurethane and Methyl Methcrylate (MMA) resin floors, over high moisture content substrates; even green concrete. Note: Sikafloor 81 EpoCem must be sealed with a suitable Sikafloor epoxy primer system (e.g. Sikafloor 107, Sikafloor 160 and Sikafloor 161 at 16 mils) to form a long term vapor barrier. As a self-smoothing screed for:
- Specifically formulated for leveling and structural reprofiling or patching horizontal
concrete surfaces, in new work or repairs - Floor topping on unventilated, damp substrates with no aesthetic requirements
- Leveling layer under Epoxy, Polyurethane and MMA floor coatings /screeds, tiles, sheet floors, carpets or wooden floors
- Repair and maintenance of monolithic concrete floors
- Extend with oven-dried quartz sand as a patching and repair mortar

Description:
Sikafloor 82 EpoCem is a three-component, solvent-free, odorless, moisture-insensitive, epoxy modified, cementitious, self-leveling mortar. Specifically formulated for leveling and structurally reprofiling on damp “green” or saturated surface dry concrete slabs for thickness of 160-280 mils (4-7 mm).
Where to Use:
As a self-leveling mortar for reprofiling and resurfacing concrete surface with thickness varying between 160 – 280 mils (4 – 7 mm). Note: Sikafloor 82 EpoCem must be sealed with a suitable Sikafloor epoxy primer system (e.g. Sikafloor 107, Sikafloor 160 and Sikafloor 161 at 16 mils) to form a long term vapor barrier. Leveling layer over Epoxy, Polyurethane and Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) floor coatings / screeds, tiles, sheet floors, carpet or wood floors.
- Can be used as a patching and repair mortar for thickness of 1⁄4 – 8 in. (6 – 200 mm) when extended with oven-dried silica sand.

They are available in both a ANSI S20.20 compliant version and conductive resistance ranges to meet specific industry and DOD standards. Sikafloor 200 ESD will impart static dissipative resistance readings as a stand-alone topcoat atop a standard epoxy concrete primer such as Sikafloor 107, Sikafloor 161, Sikafloor 160, Sikafloor 1610 or over existing epoxy floors with an isolation layer of Sikafloor 264.
Where to Use:
Sikafloor 200 ESD can be used in almost any environment where the damaging effects of electrostatic discharge (ESD) cannot be tolerated. Industries currently using these coatings are:

Description:
A low odor, 100% solids, epoxy resin coating system primarily designed for high build coatings, decorative quartz and decorative flake applications. Sikafloor 216 may be used as a primer and may be applied clear or pigmented using Sikafloor Epoxy Color Additives.
