Floor Surface Prep

Floor Surface Preparation and Coating Removal

Before applying or installing your new flooring system, whether it is tile, carpet, brick, linoleum, thin-mill, or quarter-inch seamless overlays, it is vital that the new surface area is thoroughly and properly prepared. Improper removal of the existing flooring along with glue, thin-set, or mortars may prevent your new flooring from having proper adhesion. Floor Preparation is the most important part of your floor installation. Just like painting a house or car, 70% of the work is surface prep to ensure a long-term successful flooring installation.
Dynamic Coatings, Incorporated provides many different types of floor preparation including: Smoothing out of uneven concrete areas, concrete polishing, grinding of uneven slabs and curled concrete, sidewalk and aisle way preparation, and any surface preparation for new floor applications. We have top of the line equipment that consists of Diamond Grinders, Scarifiers, Shot Blasters, Polishers, Burnishers and Walk Behind Scrubbers.
